By law, smoking is not allowed within the premises. Smoking point is behind the hotel.

Tòmò reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of EUR 50 to any guest smoking within the hotel premises.

No pets and durians within the hotel premises at all times.

Non-registered hotel guests are not permitted on guest floors and in the rooms at all times.

By staying at the hotel, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and responsible manner, and will not cause any disturbance or annoyance to other guests.

Your reservation is refundable, cancellable, and amendable 24 hours before 3:00 PM of your check-in date, unless otherwise stated as Non-Refundable.

In the event of cancellations less than 24 hours before the check-in or no-shows, the equivalent of one (1) night’s stay (including taxes) will be charged and the rest of your reservation will be cancelled.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservations with an invalid credit card provided, without prior notice.
